Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Courtesy Candels ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Courtesy Candels ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Terms & Policy

We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure arrival as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally filled within 24 hours. However, since all of our candles are homemade and hand-poured, to order our makers may require additional time to complete the quality product that we are known for.

Please allow extra time for delivery during the holidays. If there’s an unusual delay in completing your order and / or an ordered item is on back order, we will notify you by email by the information that the customer provided when placing the order.

ALL SCENTED CANDLES ARE MADE TO ORDER. YOUR ORDER WILL BE INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPED OUT IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE SPEED OF THE CARRIER AND WEATHER CONDITIONS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES. HOWEVER, WE WILL REPLACE PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT IF PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OF DAMAGE IS SUBMITTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
